Tell Us What Happened
Report Activity
Tell us what happened, where it happened, and what you captured. Black Rose Society reviews every submission with a serious eye before deciding whether a case needs a closer look.
Before You Submit
Use this form to send Black Rose Society a location, experience, question, or piece of evidence you want reviewed. The more specific you are, the better we can understand what happened.
We review submissions from Stockton, Modesto, and surrounding Central Valley areas, including nearby communities such as Lodi, Manteca, Tracy, Ripon, and Turlock. In some cases, we may review submissions from outside the area.
